Gymnastics II students are introduced to strength- and form-building exercises designed to progress gymnastic skill development. Lessons consist of floor tumbling, trampoline, uneven bar and balance beam rotations. Valuable developmental learning points are reinforced following USA Gymnastics guidelines. This is an independent participation class.
- NYKids club made Maddie and me feel so welcome and everyone really worked with her and her needs to make the class a complete success for her. You have a very special group of people working at the 68th St location and I can't thank you enough for making our experience such a good one.
- The knowledge of the coaches and the equipment here are top rate. The parties are energetic and so much fun! My son asks to go all the time!!! They are very tuned in to each kids personal development.
