“The customer service at New York Kids Club is always impressive. Liza called and e-mailed to make sutra that I had everything for the party. She was very responsive and helpful. Our front desk coordinator, Abby, was an absolute delight. She was so friendly and helpful and expedited getting everybody in the door and ready for the party. She was excellent. Dominic and his team were exceptional. They were so fantastic with the kids and had such great energy. We really loved their enthusiasm. The facility was clean and the gym course that they had set-up for the kids was appropriate for their age. I have had several parties at the NYKC both at this facility and the 87th one from years back. All three of my kids have always loved these parties and Andrew wanted to have his party at NYKC again this year...we had his 3-year old party there last year. Even the parents who had been there before to parties said they were exceptional. We especially appreciated how they took care of the smallest guests. They were great with all the kids. The party was fun without being wild. Great activities from start to finish. Loved the banner, the games, the rotations etc. And we love that the party is short and sweet - 90 mins perfect.”

“I just read Téa’s 2’s club progress report and wanted to drop you a note. As I think you must know from our repeat business, I am a huge fan of New York Kids Club! In the four years we have been coming to classes, clubs, camps and special events at the W68th Street location, we have watched both our kids thrive and grow in many ways; at the same time we have watched your program grow and develop too. The website has morphed into a user-friendly resource and now our progress reports are accessible on-line too! The facility has seen some modest upgrades like the privacy windows of the storefront and more seating in the waiting area. The schedule has become more diverse, with more options, open plays and special events. And yet through all this growth, there is plenty that has stayed the same. NYKC has maintained what I see to be superior customer service, the very best instructors and an engaging, fun curriculum. I feel at home every time I walk through the door. Both Luca and Téa love being part of the community of NYKC. Please pass our family’s gratitude on to everyone who makes it possible – from your staff we don’t see (like the cleaners and maintenance people who keep the facility pristine and safe) to the front desk to the instructors on front lines and everyone in between.”

“We've never had such a all-inclusive experience. Most places have had bday packages, but never as all-covering as this one. From the moment we entered the premises, we were very well taken care of. Besides setting everything up for the kids, they took over our bags at the door, carried them in, emptied them, set up the grown up foods, the works. Valerie painstakingly configured the goodie bags even though my guest head count was quite off. At see off, by the time we saw off the last guests, our bags were packed with clean dishes from the adult serving area, with properly packed and returned left overs. Valerie then helped us get everything over to the cab. All in all, it was a very easy experience. I thank you for a wonderful bday memory for my daughter and for my husband and I as well.”
