New York Gym Juniors II Gym Juniors II students are introduced to strength and form building exercises designed to progress gymnastic skill development. Lessons consist of floor tumbling, trampoline, uneven bar and balance beam rotations. Valuable developmental learning points are reinforced following USA Gymnastics guidelines. This is an independent participation class.
